There is news about a new revolution, supposedly even more profound than the industrialization. It is appearing in all areas of life and taking over everyday tasks. It seems to be able to do anything and take any form. But what if we have to give it a form and a face? What if we design a new city for AI?

The desire to create a campus prestigious enough to compete with world-renowned tech hubs led to creating the circle, serving as a branding tool, and even being visible on satellite photos. A modular grid forms efficient buildings and accelerates the construction process to keep up with the speed of recent AI developments. Bioclimatic facades, solar panels, local energy storage and bio-based materials, combined with a reforestation of the landscape allow a projection of the campus to be 100% carbon neutral over the course of its lifespan.
