The world we live in pretends to offer freedom but reveals itself differently. It is marked by systemic control into every darkest corner. The average person is not meant to dream but to function. We are starting to be afraid of machines taking over, when we should maybe be afraid of becoming machines ourselves first. Accidents are never welcomed, even if they might be extremely valuable.

I propose to imagine an alternative to our current reality. An Exile in the middle of the city of Paris. Voluntary. Porous. Rhizomatic. A structure, growing on top of Gare de Lyon like a parasite. A space, where the chaos in our minds is stimulated instead of suppressed. A community of approximately 100 people will settle down in this architecture. Raw human interaction is at the core of this alternative reality. Uncontrolled. Autonomous. And supported by a decentralized swarm intelligence that interacts with the people through auditive inputs and outputs - creating Cycles of induced Chaos and automatic Detachment. Detachment from their host will let the ideas stand for and live by themselves. We can close our eyes but never our ears.
